Let's add in the fact that our mental health system is not working. The illegals have taken much of counties budgets for mental health. Our kids are flipping out on meth and we have no recourse if they are over 18 and even if they are still a minor you must shell out thousands of dollars for rehab which really doesn't work unless you have a cool few hundred thousand to spend and can afford nine months to three years. I find it very odd that we pay property taxes and some of us pay hefty taxes for county services that were suppose to be there for us. Our kids are being stolen by this drug and killed by cops when they are whacked out yet parents hands were tied by the law which did the exact opposite of what law is suppose to do. The law did not protect and even endangered the addicts and their loved ones. Their shitty little 72 hour holds is total bullshit and you can't address the issue with the person in that amount of time. They need fucking 9 to 25 months. Try to get that and you can't. They like to lie in wait for something bad to happen with our children so they can get a juicy line on their resume and the prison industustrial complex gets another warm body for many years when it could have all been prevented had those that were truly concerned about the welfare of the person were inhibited from helping and preventing the outcome. We are in a new age and a new drug yet they system deals with it as if the person still has control over their behavior when they clearly do not and it can be proven with our knowledge and technology. I call fucking bullshit on it all and every night I go to sleep I pray to God for its desmise.
