Statistically shouldn't those countries have a much higher percentage rate, considering the vast majority of their citizens are black? The difference is we have Africa-Americans. Being black has nothing to do with it, behavior does. Oh yeah, I forgot that blacks don't have ten times the violent crime rate of whites everywhere in the world. Oh wait. They do. It is almost as if they have some natural predisposition for low intelligence and random acts of violence. But that can't be. Because we are all equal and stuff, right?
