DETROIT - Two Detroit men who are charged with the beating of a driver after he collided with their car while going the wrong way on a city street are due in court Tuesday for a preliminary hearing.

Demond Williams, 33, and Toriano Williams, 20, are facing charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm and aggravated assault. Demond Williams also is charged with having an expired driver's liscense.
