The adoption of jaguar motifs by the ruling elite were used to reinforce or validate leadership. I believe they are making a power play and the mural shows it. The little girl holding the tablet had nothing to do with 2K12 but maybe it had something to do with the powers down south trying to regain leadership by invading the US with illegals.
