And I don't know how I could overstress this, but if you are tricked into getting behind an officially sanctioned murder because of racism , you're dumber than a box of rocks. Them Negroes have EXACTLY the same right under the law you do, and if the cops can kill them, they can kill you under the same circumstances you give the okee dokee for.

The prosecutor in Wilson's case acted with a total lack of integrity when he screened witnesses that incriminated Wilson and acted as his attorney during the process. It would have been an automatic indictment for ANY citizen. It's not at all surprising, but it is sickening. that prosecutor should be tried for conspiracy after the fact in murder. When you conspire to conceal facts or obstruct justice in a murder case, you're an accomplice to that murder. And that goddamned prosecutor is just as guilty as Wilson

Feds investigating Feds or even local law enforcement? I don't think so. In essence the Feds already investigate the Feds when you understand just how many local law enforcement jurisdictions are coming under FEDERAL FUSION CENTERS and these g-damn cameras they are talking about will merely be used to uplink back to the FEDS to ensure even more compliance.....

What we need are truly independent agencies (more than one) working under the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.

Under perfect conditions a murder by a government employee of a citizen would be prosecuted by persons totally independent of the government. The problem is, there is no Constitutional provisions for that. There could be vigilante justice, where citizens take the law into their own hands and kill officers guilty of murder in acts of revenge, and the problem with that is the trial part of it isn't there. The government is treating us as an enemy combatant more or less, in fact many of these police killings that are ruled as justified would see a soldier convicted of murder by court martial, IN A GODDAMNED WAR ZONE! What it amounts to is that the police ARE doing their job when they murder a citizen who is resisting their will in any way in the governments minds, they are keeping an increasingly dissatisfied and angry citizenry under the boot of tyranny by enforcing oppression with threats of violence or death. It's that simple, really.

It all goes back to the comment I made about a coach, he obviously isn't going to try to get a penalty called on his own player, even if he breaks someones neck on the other team. The government is one team and we are the other, and the justice system is the referees. The referees are playing on the governments team

One thing these fuckers doing this shit know is the two emotions that make it easy to shut down someones thinking are fear and hate. If you hate someone, you're going to be happy when something bad happens to them and they know it. So they trick the white racist majority into getting behind a series of blatant murders by police and it becomes the new standard of behavior by police in their engagements with ALL citizens.

it is no coincidence all of these outrageous killings involve black men (or little boys) getting killed by white cops. The tendency is for whites to just say "good riddance, who cares?"

Most people have already been fooled into believing police have rights of self defense that extend to blowing someone away because they had something that LOOKS like a gun. That is simply not true. What they don't seem to even be realizing is having a gun is not a crime in the first place , and it is not probable cause nor does it justify use of deadly force. If it did all cops would be filled full of lead.



If you're not in violation of the law and not under arrest, a police officer has no right to command you to do ANYTHING He has to have seen you commit a crime, have a warrant, or have probable cause to believe a crime has been committed to attempt an arrest.Absent any of those criteria, you're not required to even acknowledge they are speaking to you and can resist any attempt to arrest you. Cops are taught this in training, and it scares them, and they DON'T want you to know it.

In fact, if a police officer engages in an attempt to arrest you and you haven't committed a crime , if he doesn't have a warrant or probable cause, you can legally resist arrest USING WHATEVER FORCE IS NECESSARY. Since police are armed with deadly weapons, the only force that could possible effectively resist such an arrest is deadly force. So this is the answer, we have to start shooting back, and every time a cop violates the law by oppressing us we need to resist it!

In the case of Brown , he was justified in KILLING Wilson as soon as he tried to back over him with a truck. The fact that Brown "stole" cigars and Wilson was a police officer could not possibly enter into a juries verdict judging Browns guilt for killing Wilson if he had, it's called an extraneous offense and cannot be brought up at trial unless.It can't enter into Wilson's guilt in killing Brown either. If he'd been put on trial, they wouldn't even have been allowed to tell the jury Brown had committed a theft, it would have been supressed. That's why police never let a copkiler get to trial, because most shootings of cops by citizens are undoubtedly self defense. The fact a person committed a crime does not justify use of deadly force. Th only thing that justifies deadly force is self defense. Police have often shot people attempting to use cars to run them down and no one even thinks twice about whether they had that right, so Brown had it too, it's obviously a deadly weapon.

LOL. Those are all wonderful ideas in theory. I will not test them though. I don't care what cops are taught in training.. out in the field it's a different story and I wouldn't try to resist arrest or "not even acknowledge they are speaking to me." Just use some FUCKING common sense, don't break fucking laws and you will live through your next police encounter.

The media is brainwashing people into thinking that the problem is racism, when it's really what you stated above. And they are buying it hook, line, and sinker.

Don't forget that it is communists that are busing in the professional protesters and doing the top level organization of these marches.

Walsh has no plans to stop 'Black Lives Matter' protests

BOSTON (WHDH) - Mayor Walsh spoke out Saturday about the waves of Boston protestors who have been reacting to two recent, controversial grand jury decisions.

The mayor said he has no plans to stop the protests.
