Cutting off Aid will create worse conditions in those countries forcing more kids to flee and head to the US border

The money handed to governments is rarely seen by the people in those countries. This is why the government has palaces, all the good food they want, fancy cars, luxury boats and everything else they want to make their lives comfortable.

After the money is handed over, who is monitoring it? If it's in the form of a loan, nevermind monitoring except for repayment purposes, but when it's in the form of grants, We The People have every right to know where it goes because it's never to be paid back.

Guaranteed none of the leadership ever go hungry, without a roof over their heads or lack for anything.

If the money doesn't go where it is supposed to, stop sending it. And we all know it doesn't.

If you really want to lay the smackdown, halt all wiring of money to those countries. You would not believe how much money is wired to south of the border every week. It was in the neighbor hood of $425 million per week to Mexico alone in 2012.
