I don't understand what you are getting at , those chapters have nothing to do with today's problems other than the Israelites disobeyed God by not conquering totally Gaza , the West bank and Jerusalem amongst others and God promised if they did not these areas would be a thorn in the Jews side forever .

The Jews in Israel that do not reconize their messiah Yashua are no different than the Arabs who do not reconize Jesus as the son of God , God returned the Jews it the land for His great namesake not for the jews who do not believe in jesus but to fulfill his promise and to bring all nations against her for judgement .
