Re: How art made the world
Thanks I really enjoyed the program. Saw it last night on PBS. Lots of unanswered questions that I would like to do some research on. Like the burial site they found at Stonehenge, and how they may have found the single human being responsible for its archetecture. How did he learn so much knowledge? That is the million dollar question, what came first the knowledge or the ability to learn. Seems like he was way ahead of his time. And now thousands of years later, we can trace the worst thing that has ever happened to humanity; the knowledge of power. And Augustus Cesar resembles alot of megalomaniacs that we all know about. I think that art had alot to do with it, but theres something missing, something we dont know about; knowledge of power. Seems like throughout history that there is some force (or something) that gives humanity certain types of knowledge at at different ages. The bad thing about this, is that the force (or whatever it is) is not benevolent. It seems to love violence. Just some hypothectical conjecture on my part. Who knows? Later door
