Mr. Wigington is asking the board for disclosure because of the public health hazards this issue is causing.
Contamination is causing a public health hazard from
heavy metal contamination and UV radiation.

Supervisors vote on motion, (Yes it passed unanimously) but the comment made by Supervisor Leonard Moty says something very important.

He says that the people giving testimony in this meeting did so with great respect.

Then he says, and I'll paraphrase it,
'when we address people, we do so out of respect, like these people did (or when trying to wake people up), but if we don't act with respect and we start accusing people, attacking other groups, it turns people off really quick. Nobody is going to help someone if you spit in their eye, then ask for help'.

"Solar Radiation Management" is probably not the only intent of the aerosol spraying of aluminum into the atmosphere. When aluminum particulate blocks out beneficial sunlight, while allowing UV rays to penetrate the ozone layer, genetic mutations of DNA occur.

This is information that is spread across the Internet. Here is only one example:

Ultraviolet (UV) light has strong genotoxic effects to produce DNA damage, induce mutations, and, in the worst case, cause the development of tumors.

According to the video, in Shasta County, they are measuring UV rays that have increased over 1,200%.
