Quoting: pool Exactly. How can they possibly think this could help? Knocking down the dam and allowing the river to flow naturally would be a better answer. If the farmers can't grow crops in a fuckin desert, they need to move where they can. the last thing you want to do is drain that lake. the bodies, boats, trash and devastated rock would take billions to clean up. once you build these dams, you pretty much dont go back.
