There are no jobs in the neighborhoods most of the shootings take place, no public transportation to get you to a job. These people literally have no hope.

I've actually worked in these neighborhoods and while working Id have a steady stream of kids coming u to me asking if I had any work for them. Some even handed me resumes. So choke on your racism. Yeah right, come now, Im calling bullshit.... Ive worked there myself and have people working there right now and their are very few, if any, young people looking for work or much less have a resume or know what one is or if they did it would be blank. These people won't take work if its offered, too easy to get live on welfare and selling weed and whatnot. Maybe you were on the Northside talking to Polish kids.
