Federal judge rules DC ban on gun carry rights unconstitutional today!
A federal judge in the District of Columbia on Saturday overturned the city’s total ban on residents being allowing to carry firearms outside their home, declaring the law “unconstitutional” in a landmark decision for gun-rights activists.

Judge Frederick Scullin Jr. wrote in his ruling in Palmer v. District of Columbia that the right to bear arms extends outside the home, therefore gun-control laws in the nation’s capital are “unconstitutional.”

“We won,” Alan Gura, the lead attorney for the plaintiffs, told Fox News in a phone interview. “I’m very pleased with the decision that the city can’t forbid the exercise of a fundamental constitutional right.

Gura said he expects the District to appeal this decision but added, “We’ll be happy to keep the fight going.”

The decision leaves no gray area in gun-carrying rights.

No problem, some other judge will generate an opposing opinion and it will be 20 years before the SCOTUS deals with it.
By then only Israeli citizens will be allowed on the Supreme court, and you know how dual citizens hate gentiles owning weapons.

The gun owners 'won' some years back after expending much money and effort and nothing changed then, and nothing will change now.
The basketball-americans running DC will just claim that they found some clever new interpretation to prevent the white devil from owning guns in DC.

The point is after the last 'victory' you could, if you spent enough time and money actually own a gun in DC, but you couldnt use it and you couldnt keep it in operational condition and they could call in SWAT teams to arrest your ass if they didnt kill you first if they even thought you possessed any ammunition, fired or unfired.

A good example here.....

Replica bullets and a dud shotgun shell got a man convicted of weapons charges in the nation's capital, in a case gun rights activists say shows how overzealous authorities are trampling the Second Amendment.

Does anyone realize what a perversion of justice it is to convict a man for weapons charges for possessing lead projectiles (yes, raw lead bullet heads) and a dud 12 gauge shotgun shell?
None of which are weapons by any legitimate definition by the way.
Being convicted of weapons charges over that which isnt even a weapon by any definition, now that's judicial tyranny and an intentional affront to the public by a perverse power mad judiciary.
It will only get worse.

Much of what they do to Goys is simply to assure their safety - but like everything the Jews have done to protect themselves, it always backfires. Except for creating a country for themselves.

Perhaps there's a lesson here for Hebrews.

Re: Federal judge rules DC ban on gun carry rights unconstitutional today!
It's been a long time coming with the capital. I think it was only just a few years ago that they started to even let people keep them in their homes. And yet DC has always had high homicide rates.

Info from wikipedia:

"Washington, D.C., has enacted a number of strict gun-restriction laws. The Firearms Control Regulations Act of 1975 prohibited residents from owning handguns, excluding those registered prior to February 5, 1977; however, this law was subsequently overturned in March 2007 by the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in Parker v. District of Columbia.[40]

The ruling was upheld in June 2008 by the Supreme Court of the United States in District of Columbia v. Heller. Both courts held that the city's handgun ban violated individuals' Second Amendment right to gun ownership.[41] However, the ruling does not repeal all forms of gun control; laws requiring firearm registration remain in place, as does the city's assault weapon ban.[42] Additionally, city laws still prohibit carrying guns, both openly and concealed.[43]

Critics, citing numerous statistics, have questioned the efficiency of these restrictions. The combination in Washington of strict gun-restriction laws and high levels of gun violence is sometimes used to criticize gun-restriction laws in general as ineffective. A significant portion of firearms used in crime are either obtained on the second-hand market or in neighboring states.[44][45] Results from the ATF's Youth Crime Gun Interdiction Initiative indicate that the percentage of imported guns involved in crimes is tied to the stringency of local firearm laws.[44]

Washington, D.C., has tried a number of other strategies to deal with gun violence. In 1995, the Metropolitan Police Department conducted Operation Ceasefire, a gun-violence crackdown initiative involving intense gun law enforcement, in conjunction with the United States Attorney's Office.[46] This initiative resulted in seizure of 282 firearms in its first four months, mainly 9mm, .380 ACP, and .25 ACP pistols, and .38 caliber revolvers, most of which were purchased in Maryland and Virginia."
