I use it every day also...organic cayenne...I make my own capsules, order it from the web...helps regulate my irregular heart beat, takes away angina, and boosts circulation.
There's a great book called, "Left for Dead" about a guy with heart failure...his docs couldn't do anything else for him and sent him home to die. He found cayenne and not only is alive years later, he's thriving!
