I want to say the truck. Some creepy pee pee toucher in there for sure. More than likely goes by the name Uncle Bad touch. On the other hand, the cop is just as creepy. I would play dead.

They are both creepy because they are both mine and if I see one of them parked in front of my car, it means I switched multiple personalities before I forgot to stash the other vehicle in its proper place, which in turn means I'm getting sloppy.
