passed walgreens today and vaccination signs up all along the road

Walgreens had real estate type signs stuck in the ground along the road for 4 different vaccines, tb, meningitis, flu and something else I don't about the others but isn't July a little early for a flu shot? Makes me wonder with the recent Ebola scare and people saying the gov. is spreading it thru vaccinations. Or could it be in prep for viruses that the illegals are bringing in. Kind of scary world we live in now!
