If you are in buildings without air conditioning then the water droplets would also tend to dissipate but not as quickly. The CDC claims people aren't contagious until they manifest symptoms but I'm not buying that. If you have the virus in your body and you sneeze as a result of inhaling dust will you not expel the virus? Even if you really can't be contagious until you manifest symptoms the problem with that is that when victims start to manifest they WILL expose at least some people until they can get to the hospital and be properly quarantined. All the residue they leave behind from their sneezing will have the live virus in it for days. Same goes for even minute traces of feces or urine or vomit that they leave behind. If they sneeze and touch a doorknob the virus will be on the doorknob for days. Same goes for if they piss or shit and don't wash their hands. Even if they do wash their hands though apparently only bleach kills the virus, antibacterial soap won't do the trick. I doubt they are going to start putting bleach in public restrooms for people to wash their hands with. We are fucked.
