How big is the chance to find a cure before it overtakes Europe (or other continents) ??

Combat dehydration with fluid challenges, combat blood loss with units of blood. Etc. Again, I'm NOT saying this will overtake anything. I'm saying if it happens, the world is laughably unprepared.
