what you do in a case like this is carry anyway. there will be a penalty to pay for doing so when you are forced to use the gun to save your life, but your life will be saved and your stalker will be dead.

That is what I would do, too. back in the 70's when i drove a yellow cab in houston, the police would tell the cabbies to carry one under the seat, even though it was illegal. they said to do it because , well, it could save your life. I had some personal experience with that as well, very narrowly escaped with my life. That girl should get a small gun, learn to use it, and wait for that sob to show up.
