Oregano oil may be too strong to ingest orally in large quantities, but I use a couple of drops here and there for teeth and gum health. Be sure to eat yoghurt to restore the bacterial fauna, because it will wipe out the friendly bacteria along with the bad.

Thieves Oil. Best stuff going. I use it to stop asthma. It works for me. I haven't had as much as a cold since I started using it. Diffuse it in the air in your home. Mix it with a carrier oil and rub on sinuses and chest. Love the stuff!

Actually op you can drink it, you dilute it in one gallon of water per one ounce oil. Drink the whole gallon over a day and it will be effective in killing any virus you come down with.

I did a stint of using oregano oil for hep c after hearing this claim. Almost a complete waste of time.

But it does help with tooth pain, and infection. I was close to having it pulled, and the relief was instant.

Stinging Nettle Leaf or the powder also

Very effective, but, very strong. I have used essential clove oil for tooth infections/abscess. They kill pain immediatly and cure infection preventing extraction. Do not get undiluted oil on mucous membranes though. Very painful and caused burn in my mouth. They must be diluted. I personally diluted three or four drops in a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. I use pure oil as massage on the bottom of feet as a detox.

A few drops of lavander essential oil on your pillow will put you into the most relaxed deep sleep within minutes.

I am still experimenting and learning about essential oils, but, I have rosemary and clove on hand for any emergency viral - bacterial - fungal issue as a first line of defense.

There are different potencies and qualities, so

I take oregano oil on a daily basis. A couple of drops in a glass of water. I also put a drop on my finger tip and rub on my gums. It stings at first but after my mouth feels so clean. It is a bit pricey but a bottle lasts a long time. I have also used it on cuts and scraps. I haven't had a cold in ages.

I have cleaned up some serious ass wounds using ONLY oil of oregano.... hurt like a motherfucker.... worked like a charm

I take oregano oil every day but am under no delusion that it will actually kill ebola. I wasn't a believer - but heard it could help.
