From 2007 to 2009 the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 54% of it's value going from 11K to 6.6K. We're still here, we still have economy (even though it sucks).

So for real stock market doom it's going to have to drop more than 54% in 2 years.

They certainly could if they wanted to. By the way, HAARP is old and energy wasteful technology. They use other more cost effective means now to alter the atmospheric dynamics of this planet.

My point is, they have many secure ways to communicate information with each other. The U of Wisconsin isn't one of them.

However, that doesn't mean you didn't find a secret message of sorts. Not by the so called Elites, but possibly someone with insider trading information they needed to pass on.

Sorry I didn't mean to imply they were communicating through U of W. I believe they may be using storm names, and trust me, NOTHING is 100% secure other than keeping hush hush.

Maybe I just didn't get enough sleep and I am reading this all wrong.

INVEST isn't even a valid storm name, so that really is odd.

I've been watching storm coverage on MIMIC since 2011, and I noticed last year they started naming tropical storms INVEST. I've always thought it was odd but didn't read too much into it until now. Also, I noticed where I threw you off with the word either. My bad. I've been up for about 28 hours myself.
