When Mosul Dam is blown up will it be a black flag?

I believe now that ISIS took control of the largest dam in Iraq it is only a matter of time until the dam is destroyed. Either the US will do it as an excuse to invade or Putin will have somebody do it to destabilize the region further & draw us back in or ISIS will do it because they're terrorist thugs. So will it happen & how do you think it will happen?
