Cable repairman shows up to repair cable and snaps pictures of 12-year-old gymnast stretching

A Dallas family is taking DirecTV to court after a repairman turned out to be a registered sex offender — and took pictures of their 12-year-old daughter while he was on a service call.

In a lawsuit, the family says that Wahren Scott Massey was one of two people who showed up by their Collin County home to fix their DVR in August 2012.
