Although Minister Dukuly did not disclose the name of the Liberian, who he said died of Ebola in Morocco, he averred that this means that there are many more people who are carrying the disease unknowingly.

Yup... they appear to be leaving the "needed gaps" to allow it to spread as required.

First you have Sawyer (who has infected a ton of people so far) being allowed to travel while being highly suspected to be infected, to attend a ECOWAS convention in Calabar (why was he allowed to fly? He was visibly sick at this point which makes it even worse).

Then almost exactly 21 days later you have basically the same damn thing happen again, but this time with one of the nurses that was treating Sawyer (and was a direct contact), who disobeyed orders and left quarantine and flew from Lagos to Enugu, possibly infecting others (again how was she allowed to fly while being on a known quarantine list?)

Which then brings up the question, how are so many medical personnel that are following standard Ebola protocol, being infected at such a high rate (~100 dead (~10%), ~200 infected (~10%))?

And this then loops back to the fact that they say this is a "new strain" of Ebola (Subclade of Ebola-Zaire strain (from what I can tell it is a genetic variant of Ebola mixed with either Lassa or Marburg or both)) , yet they have not defined what exactly that means (what specifically is different about this strain... you would think that would be fairly important info for everyone be to made aware of right?)

I know it's not what you want to read and I'll be called a shill for saying it but the reality is that the medical personnel that have gotten Ebola and everyone else this outbreak that have gotten it have not followed standard precaution protocol. There are plenty of sources on the net that confirm this. With sawyer it took them a whole day after he collapsed at the airport to even figure out he had Ebola. They were wearing regular clothes and not masks etc for an entire day while treating him which is why so msny there have gotten Ebola.

Sawyer was caring for his Ebola disease sister with no precautions and even that dr Brantley guy admitted to holding the hands of Ebola victims.

And you know this because you were obviously there right?
