Remember in the movie Contagion? People who were vaccinated got a wristband - with handy-dandy bar code.
One can imagine the NWO using this to separate "good" future citizens from "bad" - those who resist government diktats aren't going to line up and get the shot and wristband.
Then the discrimination can begin against those who rebel and resist illegitimate authority.
