9/11 Date soon.. ISIL could pose threat to US, Europe, officials say

If the US is "warning" the world that ISIS is the most potent military TERRORIST force in the world, then why isn't "the mot potent military force ACTUALLY IN THE WORLD" taking more cohesive steps to get rid of them?
