Well truth is the virus is likely already in several different countries outside of the 4 they are talking about, but any cases outside of those areas are being kept hush hush. Every once in a while however someone tries to let the cat out of the bag, but it is mostly ignored.

These recommendations are outrageous, considering how many healthcare workers have died even with full PPE!!! WTH?? Not shutting passenger flights and now this... What will it take to make people realize they want it to spread here???

that last paragraph should scare the hell out of everyone!!!

Anyone that thinks this virus (especially in it's late stages) doesn't require a respirator for treatment is just asking to fucking die... The fact that the CDC is specifically going against this simple fact shows me that not only do they want this to spread, but they want the medical staff across the country to take a very hard hit early (just like in Africa), which is a great way to help ensure that the nations healthcare system as a whole is cripple/overwhelmed that much quicker, and ensures the continued spread of the virus as required.

Who in their right mind would feel safe wearing just a mask, goggles, gloves and a long gown? I am hoping our hospital staff will say GTFO and refuse to put themselves at this risk. If they are following this insanity at Emory right now- it's only a matter of time- the most 21.....

Yes, it seems they want our medical personnel to take a big hit- get rid of our educated and trained medical professionals. I can't imagine many of them buying this though. No respirator and not covered head to toe- BS.

Unless, the patients are recovered to the point of not spreading the disease anymore? Their blood must show that the meds have decreased the ebola to a certain level- that would explain the relaxing of the suits, not that the CDC guidelines just came out.

That could be - but in the context of this article it is misleading. They should state why they chose to do that.

I read another article where an Emory doctor said that Brantly is going home soon and can no longer infect anyone. Not a peep about the long term presence in semen.

1. Kill off those with direct knowledge
Well you know how a huge amount of top virologists have died over the past few months/years under VERY suspicious circumstances (one of which just happens to of been on flight MH17, and specifically worked with the Tulane University Lassa/Ebola program at Kenema Government Hospital, which IMO is where this whole outbreak started), well that was to get rid of the people that had direct knowledge of the viruses created (via Fort Detrick via USAMRIID).

2. Kill off VHF specialists
Next a few other specialists with a high understanding of the specific virus type (but not direct knowledge of its bioengineered creation), were then sent to the infected countries to "fight the virus", only to of been killed by the virus themselves (gee go figure).

3. Kill off (or scare away) trained/equipped medical staff
The next phase would then require a large number of those with the skills and equipment to contain an outbreak in each region (aka hospitals) to take a large hit early on so that individual treatment efforts become impossible and the virus spreads beyond the ability to contain, which would then require a much larger and extreme methods to be implemented (aka lockdowns, aka food rationing, aka door to door vaccination...).

The truth is this is a BSL4 virus, and no country in the world is capable of containing the virus in any real way if it were to spread to a large enough number of the population.

That is what is extra ridiculous about this... they are using the recovering doctor from Emory as the justification for this drop in safety protocol... This is a man that had already taken their "mad scientist cure", and likely wasn't highly contagious anymore (up till that point they were wearing the fuckin "were going to MARS" gear).

If they use that same logic on a new patient coming in that is in the late stages of the virus, and hasn't been given anything to fight it, then they are going to get a COMPLETELY different outcome, and the entire staff would be infected before anyone showed a single sign of having the virus.

at the very least.. if this goes as bad as it can, in triage, you should have immediate tri-room seclusion zones....

Now you know you're being sold out. It's about the money. It's very expensive to outfit health care workers in these head to toe outfits . How are they ever going to transmit this illness to the general population if the health care workers are truly protected ?

It really is amazing that some people still don't see how planned this whole event is.I am just in awe watching this whole event take place to be honest (so predictable... so planned).

If you were feeling ill, didn't think it was Ebola, and wanted to go to the hospital, what would you think if you learned everyone there was dressed in level 4 bio-suits? Would you still want to go? Would you not feel ill prepared showing up in normal clothing? Is there not a good chance you would be exposed to whatever the hospital worker were trying to shield themselves from?

In the end all this will do, is help the contagion spread more rapidly.

Three possibilities:

1. It doesn't matter how much protection one wears in the hospital, they already know its going to be really airborne as in technically airborne.

2. They are downplaying for all its worth trying to stymie a flood of panic.

3. We have elected fools and idiots into leadership who have appointed morons and insane individuals for the various departments.

This isn't the first time I have read a directive by Frieden lately and thought it was bizarre and counterintuitive.

What exactly is this guy's background, and is there an agenda? From what I've seen just on a quick search he looks like a community organizer for the medical world, and seems to run in the same circles as Gates Foundation, etc.

It's amazing when you look into this whole event how much Gates & Soros come up. Isn't in convenient that they are also the ones behind the "Decade of Vaccines" program which states that it will vaccinate the entire globe by 2020.

Quite a strong record for raising awareness for changing behavior to improve health. Many of his accomplishments involve fine tuning post pandemic policies or recommendations after a health risk has been identified.

I can see why Obama appointed him: his resume is strong and he operates his power according to liberal paradigms.

His ability to relay important information to dictate positive change is unquestionable.

HOWEVER

He isn't cut out for the front lines of an epidemic and doesn't have a strong procedural containment record. Ebola is too dangerous to exclude more aggressive measures.

I sense the information he is basing his reports, to be based on prior outbreaks, that were eventually contained.

It is as if he is channeling the bravado of Joe McCormick who, in contract, had significant lost art ability to dance with a pandemic up close.

You can't expect to win Olympic gold in any sport by just observing the success of other athletes.

I remain convinced there is no agenda other than Ebola's ability to evolve past the current hubris of Obama and the health policy in place to combat it.

Remember the summit that Obama had with 50 African leaders a few weeks ago? He knew people were dying from Ebola in Africa, yet he insisted of having the summit....
