I think we will see more big quakes in Bardarbunga caldera because with the ongoing eruption in fissure there will be more empty space for magma pulses to arrive from hot spot to caldera. Am i right?

Here's another plot from Faroe Islands. Bigger quakes are visible, updates every five minutes.

I wonder if they can see the ash plume from the International Space Station that is if the orbit is the right one to see it.

I will look up the ISS pages to see if any pictures come up.

The volcanos down in that area can be really powerful.

Holuhraun, the scene of the small eruption last night, was described by Watts, who travelled through the area in 1876 on his way across Vatnajökull to Askja. He writes: "... Two hours brought us to a field of lava which had flowed from and surrounded those eccentric little volcanoes which rose in four ghastly eminences in the centre of the plain, in no part more than 100 feet high. Tired as I was, and greatly inconvenienced by my foot, I could not refrain from examining them. They were situated upon a crack from which the lava had welled up in four mamelonic shapes, which in two instances showed irregular breached craters, nearly filled with sand, which had been drifted thither by the wind. The lava was basaltic, and of a remarkably scoriaceous nature, though in the immediate neighbourhood of the volcanoes no cinders were visible around them, so their eruptions must have been attended with but little of explosive character." ... Unlike SG I have no predictions;( they stoned false Prophets once) but it has been an incredible learning experience. Volcano Cafe: with Carl and Irpsit; Etal is a blog, now at the top of my lists. The boys from Brazil(Portugal) in this case; a class act for how to run a scientific thread in pursuit of knowledge of Geo-formations and Volcanoes and still managing to pull off a nice doomy feel.
No idea of what will happen, yet I will continue to follow this huge formation; and bet that many on this thread have learned what to look for in charts and what the terminology refers to.

Me, still hoping for a little doom. Somewhere in that pile of horseshit(charts) might just be a Harmonic Tremor with Luis's name on it. At least now I know what the Tremor means and how it looks. Just have not seen one on this go around from Olde Barda.

here is and eruption from the Volcano in New Guinea

not that little limp dick pop corn fart of a lava fissure

That was hyped so much.

It is starting to look that way.

the lowering caldera is the unknown here. if it carries on lowering, perhaps even faster now the pressure is being eased down there, MAYBE magma will start being forced up around it's rim, which will melt a load of ice, water rushes into chamber then BOOM

If this is all there is, it's kind of anti-climatic. I mean, work me all up for some hopefully spectacular explosive doom and then not follow through.
