Make your choice in the poll. I'll make my decision tonight.

This isn't just a nuisance dog, it's a dog that many people have grown to hate as he barks his hate all the time of day.

Like I said in your other thread killing it is a felony. Call the police on his owners (see my post on other thread)

Why isn't he in a fenced yard?

A well-balanced and happy dog doesn't generally do this. Find out what is keeping him upset, remedy it, and it will stop.

This. He is in pain or being messed with. Start with a vet trip.
I turned myself into a pickle and 9/11 was an inside job!

If you kill someones animal not only will you get arrested and probably jail and fines the owner can and probably will sue you. Why do you keep posting about killing the dog on the two threads. How is that even an option in the city when the dog is owned by someone else?

Any feral animal is allowed to be killed within the state of wisconsin. (Primarily because of our large wolf population.)

EDIT: Unless it's registered by the DNR as a game species or has some sort of I.D. tags.

Call the pound. You seem eager to kill this animal yourself. Are you a psycho of some kind? Just wondering.

Who knows. It seems mangy and no collar or tags. And his barking at you all matter of day and night...is bothersome. He even tries to nip sometimes.

I usually just slam the door in his face but he finds other ways to get attention.

Invest a little money and take him to a vet to find out what's wrong. He may be in pain. Dogs in general are happy if treated well.

If he's not being treated well....find him another home.

Please call animal control he is either homeless or has a neglectful owner. He is obviously hungry plus he is old so he's probably senile. Why are you so eager to kill when you could have called animal control (again via the police is how it is where I live, call non emergency or even emergency) come get the dog. If you are too lazy I will call them for you. How fucking hard is it to have compassion for the dog and make a 3 minute call? He is obviously hungry, how can that not even occur to you?

Take him for a walk daily where he can run and explore. He sounds bored as hell.

Follow. But! Follow only if ye be men of valor! For the entrance to this cave is guarded by a creature so foul, so cruel, that no man yet has fought with it... and lived! BONES of full fifty men lie *strewn* about its lair! So! Brave knights! If you do doubt your courage or your strength, come no further, for death awaits you all with nasty, big, pointy teeth...
