Just so everyone knows. Short of lots of field data, and complex Math, there is no way to determine the mortality rate from the official statistics...Not until the outbreak is OVER. I've seen a few posts about this, and a critical point seems to be consistently missed. Each day there are MORE new people infected, at an INCREASING rate of infection. A month ago, it was something like 40/day and now it's 70 or 100...

If you have say 2800 infected and 1400 dead, you do not necessarily have a 50% mortality rate. 1400 people could die in the next week from the remaining 1400, since they could have just started showing signs... in that time, you will have another say 700 infected.... Until people stop getting infected, then you don't know how many people haven't died, that will within a week.
