We have been told that more than 100 passengers (on 7 flights) are suspected to have been exposed to Ebola IMO India is the worst place for ebola to take hold; a perfect balance of massive densely packed population, low sanitation amongst a large portion of the populace, many people per household in slums, and yet still an advanced global economy with lots of people moving about within and out of country...bad news. Good luck to them, I hope this somehow stays contained (aren't you glad this signature isn't rediculously long) |

We have been told that more than 100 passengers (on 7 flights) are suspected to have been exposed to Ebola Glp we are going to have to set up our own international committee to take charge of handling this Ebola crisis. Who says we can't? Who is going to stop us?? People who got there before us and decided they were in charge??? Shit. We need to buy some space suits, drums of hand sanitizer and rent some hot air balloons and mobilize the troops! Africa is under quarantine according to GLPETU (godlike productions ebola tards united) Everyone has to wear face masks in public until this time next year. Only teenage white girls from the burbs are allowed to cook food in restaurants for the next 900 days (with face masks, hairnets and rubber gloves) If anything we say is contradicted by the CDC, WHO, Samaritans Purse or Nancy Writebol they will be ignored as the Morans that they are. This current strain of Ebola incubates for 21 days, has a 70% death rate, is somewhat airborne, causes death by bleeding all of your liquified organs out of the ass, was mutated in the lab with Lassa by the us govt (who holds the patent) and can be contracted with only 1 millimeter of exposed skin!! These are the facts we learned on Glp. Now go out into the world and spread the news. (But not ebola.) |

We have been told that more than 100 passengers (on 7 flights) are suspected to have been exposed to Ebola Also gotta love this part... Quoting: TruthNow88 The medical team at CSIA has planned a five-step process for the safety of passengers, including parking the aircraft at an isolated bay. “The passengers will be screened at the step ladder itself. Those without symptoms will be cleared,” said an airport spokesperson. [link to indianexpress.com] So if someone onboard isn't showing signs yet, even if the guy 2 feet from them is, they will be cleared... sound like a fairly foolproof protocol don't ya think? This is beyond fucked up! Given that most of us know ebola (and really, most contagious disease) is transferable before symptoms appear, this really is indefensible. In reality, each non-symptom individual needs to be quarantined separately. One bad apple will spoil a bunch if you were to stick them all together. If you miss just one infected individual, you risk epidemic. This is a bad precedent to be set, but, really, India is doing more in this regard than most...it's just not nearly enough. this is what they are saying re infectivity According to a senior doctor in the BMC, only end-stage cases of Ebola virus are infectious. “The asymptomatic cases are not infectious and can be quarantined with other suspected cases in the same ward hang on - i thought the asymptomatic cases were going to be cleared at the airport NONE of this makes sense when the brits / us / spain repatriated they took positive unwell cases and brought them home in absolute isolation ONE AT A TIME but now it's OK for india to have 100 potential cases floating about in jo'berg and then casually flown to 2 sites in india via 4 airline companies on 7 flights FFS this is blatant culling tactics -blatant !! We KNOW people are infectious before symptoms appear, because of the two partners of the Patrick Sawyer first responders! They caught Ebola - and their partners KNEW TO WATCH OUT FOR FLU SYMPTOMS! |

We have been told that more than 100 passengers (on 7 flights) are suspected to have been exposed to Ebola I'm sorry, I've spent months at a time in India and although the people in general are very kind and hospitable, the concept of "clean" is not what we think of here in the west. I stayed at the Hotel Oberoi, one of the most expensive luxury hotels in Delhi, and watched in horror as the housekeeper cleaned first the toilet and then the bathroom sink using the same rag. She thought she was cleaning my bathroom....I wondered how many toilets that rag had seen. Quoting: Windsage It gets worse! The new government is spending many millions of rupees on a program to improve sanitation in villages. Homes in said villages are having outside toilets installed, basically a septic tank with a squat toilet on top in its own little building. Of course the dumb fucks won't use them because of the taboos about having human waste near their houses! They are continuing to crap in the fields as before. With that sort of ignorance endemic in the country, flying in Ebola victims en masse is a really stupid idea. |

Hard to know how long before they even did show symptoms, the officials don't even release the name when a top doctor dies of the disease. We have to wait for their cousin to tweet it. Also.. "who was erroneously reported to have recovered and discharged a few days ago" ..so that was a false report? Nigeria living up to it's 'scam' reputation. Judge |
