I will be surprised if this doesn't end badly, too many variables in this plan.

IMO India is the worst place for ebola to take hold; a perfect balance of massive densely packed population, low sanitation amongst a large portion of the populace, many people per household in slums, and yet still an advanced global economy with lots of people moving about within and out of country...bad news. It gets worse! The new government is spending many millions of rupees on a program to improve sanitation in villages. Homes in said villages are having outside toilets installed, basically a septic tank with a squat toilet on top in its own little building. Of course the dumb fucks won't use them because of the taboos about having human waste near their houses! They are continuing to crap in the fields as before. With that sort of ignorance endemic in the country, flying in Ebola victims en masse is a really stupid idea.

Hard to know how long before they even did show symptoms, the officials don't even release the name when a top doctor dies of the disease. We have to wait for their cousin to tweet it.

Also.. "who was erroneously reported to have recovered and discharged a few days ago" ..so that was a false report? Nigeria living up to it's 'scam' reputation.

Anyone that has been exposed to Ebola should be quarantined for a month. Or even suspected of exposure.

Well, I guess this is just one more of those WTF moments.

i think ebola has a way of making people enclose them selves in reality proof bubbles.
knowing that this is something that has been done makes it certain it's going to get the job done, but if they think it is natural and random they feel they have a chance to escape it.

I know, right? Especially considering they've been very clear that with this particular strain, you CAN have the virus and be contagious for DAYS before you show symptoms...
