Anyone Ever Feel Like......

Their consciousness was quickly disconnected from the system and quickly rebooted? I was driving home today and for a split second I felt my head nod almost as if i was tired, but in truth i was not tired at all, it was really out of no where like a switch was turned off and right back on. Also, when my head"nodded off" i could still see and it was as if the road bent with the motion of my head as if there was no more road past say a hundred feet,mind you were talking a second or two maybe. Anyone ever had experiences like this, I would love to hear.
