don't try and fight it but accept it and actually go in to it as much as possible. that's what i've done to overcome the excessive ringing in my head. at quiet times when it's loud and roaring I sit with it and try to meditate on the buzz. it feels like transmissions to me - coming and going. it's neither good nor bad. one day i will fully understand what is going on.

Yeah it's hard for me to describe it accurately, sorry for the demons analogy. I have never had it playing so loud, then theres medium tones that are very base filled compared to the higher pitch one. It is almost overpowering in volume
