guess i'm in the 10% of nope, not me's. i can't really think of anything that happened 2 years ago that was significant.

I moved to edmonton and was the closest I have ever been to divorce. Glad it never happened though

It was fun but I wouldn't consider it life changing...that was 16 years ago and I am still married...so...life rolls along like always

Nothing for me at 33.

I had the most significant missing time experience of my ADULT life - not counting the 2 bigger ones in childhood - when I was 33. Or it's the one that was most PURELY missing time, whereas there have been others where missing time was apparently PART of it. It's difficult to explain precisely, and I don't want to get into the specifics because it's too lengthy to describe properly and, frankly, sounds too crazy without proof.

I have a month left for something to happen. Hopefully, its something significant in a good way, and not related to all the increasing doom predictions! Haha

I started back to college a week after I turned 33. Didn't graduate until I was 34, though.

I had significant internal and external changes, almost as if I went through all the growing up I avoided in my 20's in that one year. I think the best way I could describe it is that it felt like the first time I could look at my own behaviour and thoughts objectively.

I turned 34 in July, I feel my (hopefully) new & improved ego / belief system is settling in again.

Can any older members who find this to be true give any insight / warning into later, similar milestones of perspective/consciousness?

I've never posted here before, however i saw this and it hit home. An artist at 33 building up a growing career in the film industry in southern Ca where i was born and raised was the year i found my father in a coma from a brain aneurysm . That led to 3 brain surgeries and in the hospital for nearly six months. However in the middle of that six months my mother dies,. a week before my 34th birthday. After that my career that I had been doing since my earlier teens was shelved because family is first. Some years later my dad dies. This was a shotgun blast to my soul, and my life. I've never got back my positioning within the industry since, because the truth is 10 years out is suicide in this bussines which sadly can care a bit of your situation. Which it shouldn't, but still. Anyhow that's my 33rd story for GLP.
