You are not getting it. Common law as you call it is an ever evolving creation of man, which simply redefines what constitutes a victim. Mere decades ago, unborn children were defined as victims of murder in abortion. Society had the 'sexual revolution' indoctrinated into it and what happened? The people swayed by said indoctrination demanded that common law remove unborn children from the very definition of victim hood. Now, a few decades later and man can no longer see babies as murder victims. Right now pederasts and pedophiles and their supporters in psychology and education are publicly arguing that children are not "victims" in their sexual acts. What are they doing? Again, man through common law is working to remove the very children that they want to sexually prey upon from the very definition of victim. In a matter of decades, these men WILL ACCOMPLISH their goal and it's done through common law. Pedeasty (sex with boys generally in the age range of 9/10-14) goes hand in hand with homosexuality in almost every culture past and present throughout history. So, they will simply - through common law - remove this group from being declared a victim.
