All joking aside, the AR is just about the coolest to modify.

Lots of great, and not so great ideas out there.

Regarding the auto trigger assemblies...

It sometimes helps to know someone with a small machine shop who can make "Tractor Parts" for you.

At that rate, a threaded barrel could come in handy.

Here's a common core problem for yall.

Most AR barrels are already threaded.

Yep 18 inches not counting chamber is the legal size, I got the wife one with the shortest legal length barrel, about 25 inches total.

It's a fire breather for sure.

Have fun OP
I'm only human, it's my biggest flaw.

We must all realize a sink a chair and a pillow are all luxuries of home and a soldiers helmet takes the place of all three.

Do they make a 37mm dragons breath shell?
That would be the only reason I would pick up an AR.

How will you mod it to make it actually reliable?

That's simple, keep it clean! AR's are reliable and battle proven. Not as reliable as an AK, but I am not going to Mars with it.

Well all the parts are in and installed. Still have a few left I need to order. Next step to the range for a test or two hundred :)
