I spoke to the State Dept of Assessment and Taxation, the treasury and Land records at the local courthouse concerning fees and taxes

What I have learned is...
The treasury and the Land records offices both stated the State Dept of Assessment and Taxation (SDAT) is responsible for recording our personal informataion, then submits it to the treasury and Land records and other "government" agencies (for recording and charging us fees and taxes).

I called and questioned the lady working in the SDAT's trade name dept.

I asked her how trade names are spelled.
She stated "in all upper case letters".

Then I asked her if a trade name is also a Business name, she said "yes".
She then proceeded to tell me the SDAT records everyone's name in upper case letters, although she did not specifically say they were trade names.

She said they have a computer program automatically spells our name in upper case.


Trade name = Business name.
Business name = Business title.

Since the local agencies such as treasury and MVA etc... are receiving our names in upper case letters, indicates they are receiving our names as Business titles.
example
Jane Doe = natural name
JANE DOE = Business title.


This explains why we are paying the fees and taxes we pay.
This explains why we are individually being charged just like Businesses bringing in profits are charged.
This also explains why our paychecks are being called "income".
Income is profit.
Our name is turned into a Business title, therefore, we look like we bring in profit for that Business...title.

To recognize this, all you need to do is compare your fees and taxes to a Business fees and taxes.

Do you pay for water, electricity, property tax, yearly registration renewals? So does a Business.

Is your paycheck being called "income"?
So is Business profits.
