Yeah, he doesn't want uneducated people having children, just like most of you complain about endlessly here.. he also doesn't want people who have no ability to parent having children, which also sounds like a good idea.

Or are you happy with the 16 year olds having babies without a clue about either parenting or being able to support themselves? How's that been working out lately?

You know what happened to people in the good old days who became pregnant without any skill sets? Generally both of them died, that's what. From starvation and disease. Mommy went into prostitution and baby died from neglect. Or if you were lucky the village took care of you and the child...

If you understood math even a little bit, you would also get that limiting couples to one child only would reduce the population by half (or more, thank you homosexuals) in one generation, half again in two generations, etc. It wouldn't take long to reduce the global population to 500 million... or we can wait and let Ebola, Fukushima, various flus and 'modern medicine, modern agriculture and modern warfare' kill us off.

This document was put into place after the "Rockefeller Committee" in 1967 or 1968. Look into the origins of NSSM 200 for yourselves.

Perfect sense that will probably be ignored as usual.
Sounds Hermetic like He was partially inspired by The Kybalion by Three Initiates.
