Shooting them in the face is a little harsh, but I agree with the concept that people should lead from the front. Unfortunately, the ones with the biggest mouths( and usually the smallest concept of situational awareness, military tactics, horrors of war, etc.) are the ones who get all the airtime and sound bytes.
