Not much you can defend on this. When people get pulled over, they are usually nervous, whether they are guilty of anything or not. You have to give the driver some leeway of irrational behavior. He just plain capped him the minute he reached into his car. The bad thing about this? The black ghetto culture has brought all this down on themselves and this innocent guy gets shot because of it. I'm sure there is a 50% chance that when someone dives into their car like that, he could be reaching for a gun. It's a sad situation. |
