Usually people pull their license out of their wallet, they don't turn from the cop and go digging for it in their car seat.
I can understand how a cop in high alert mode could think he was going in his car to grab a gun.
Is the cop at fault in this scenario? Yeah, he was quick to judge but I feel the cop's action is within reason.

So it's actually reached the point now, where you have to FEAR obeying the cop's orders, because you might die on the spot??? If a cop tells you to retrieve you insurance papers, or registration, they might very well KILL you when you reach for it! This level of insanity has reached a point where people MUST consider whatever means necessary to take their country back. This is absolutely INSANE. Even in Feudal England, a subject of a tyrannical king, had less to fear. At least law enforcement would not kill you for obeying a command! Do you think that the founding fathers would have put up with this? Killing people for NOTHING?
