Just as our conflicts are becoming essentially 4D ( ie about ethics,fairness, moralty), so it will be with the ascension, those embroiled in fixed mental patterns in order to 'manage' emotional priorities ( ie fundamentalists, nationalists, leftists etc) will have the rug swept from under them. Whilst those who are able to swim in the sea of dynamic mental patterns, that are the hallmark of liberal democracies will be able to navigate the comming turmoil far better.

Actually, the Bible is an extremely beautiful book.

Even the Old Testament.

I will give you an example.

Much of the Torah (the first 5 books of the Bible) is dedicated to CIVIL law that was put into place for the Nation of Israel to follow.

In this civil law, you get the first concept of 'bankruptcy'.

Every 7 years, all debt is eliminated. So, every Israeli citizen was 'free and clear' every 7 years.

Pretty cool, I think! And VERY progressive in that time period.

You could not even own a slave more than 7 years.

I think that people misunderstand the Bible. They also don't take into consideration the CULTURE that these books were written.

Did you know that Christianity was the very first religion to ban polygamy?

In the first century church, a man could not be a leader in the church if he had more than one wife. That is in the book of Timothy, in the New Testament.

The Bible and the concept of equality has inspired many movements in the past.

For example, did you know that the emancipation of slaves began as a movement in the Presbyterian churches in the northwest in the mid 1800s? That is where it began. It swept the North and within a few years, there was the Emancipation Proclamation, which of course triggered the Civil War.

Another example: The Civil Rights movement in the 1960s came out of the Baptist Church, remember, Martin Luther King was a REVEREND. He saw nothing in HIS Bible that said one should be above another for any reason at all.
