So I was having a debate with a friend. I brought up the news about the UK going into war on ISIS and my friend say what is that? I don't watch or listen to news as it has no bearing on my life.
I said to him, don't you want an awareness of what is happening in the world? Or want to know about world events? He says, nope, why bother? Who cares?
What do you say to that?
I mean, in my way of thinking, that is a really ignorant outlook or am I wrong to see him as being ignorant?
