The advance waves of the event had already streamed in earlier around the June solstice of 2016. A number of people had undergone soul changes during that period. Tuesday April 17th I was fine. Woke up Wednesday morning the 18th and had vertigo for first time in my life and total loss of hearing in my left ear accompanied by deep intense stabbing pain in ear and radiating out to upper and lower jaw. I felt almost depersonalized and like I was breaking down for several days. It was a little scary. I had to go through Western medical system to deal with it to some extent, but was aware that this was some type of energy situation.

I didn't know if I had been targeted energetically or if I was having a hard time assimilating the wave. Still not sure which it is. Maybe both. I am beginning to recover but I was in a spacey, loopy place at times, rather intenseley the past two weeks.

Powerful prayer and visualization along with yoga, breathing, meditating, acupuncture and rest have been vital. The strong, way higher than normal ringing in my ear is, I suspect, what is necessary to prepare me for the coming waves. Like they had to put me through a crash course, get that DNA on line FAST! And its been brutal.

I'll be looking into her other videos and will watch for her upcoming ones which sound awesome. What a summer and fall and 2019 we are in for. Can't wait! Meanwhile I'm visualizing full return of my hearing.

She tells us to visualize what we want. I don't always know what I want but one thing I do know is I want to self-heal and reverse age. Not Benjamin Button style, just reverse the belief that I have to age.

Ok, I got to listen to that video above about the ego and it was lovely. My thought is that the content while very valid is somewhat philosophical, i.e., abstract. I believe we need to better operationally define HOW to become mindful so this philosophy becomes practical.

Mindful, meaning, as alluded to in the video; able to make a conscious, thoughtful, informed decision or choice as to how to proceed in any given scenario. The opposite of mindful would be when we make a choice out of fear. Example, I'm afraid if I don't say yes to this person or that request then something noxious will occur. They may think ill of me, they may dis-affiliate me (this one is a big compulsion for many of us) etc.

Those fears for adults are irrational but those fears when we were children were totally valid. You have to maintain affiliation in order to survive when you are a dependent child. The problem comes in when we carry that belief system over into adulthood where its no longer the case.

So it pays to clear your field of those fears that keep us from acting authentically. There's another big "well how the heck do you do that"??????

I find the thing most people are afraid of, believe it or not, are their feelings (emotions)!! Not monsters or financial ruin or even death but their feelings. Especially intense ones like anger and sadness (or anguish which is sad and angry rolled into one). As children our emotions often frightened our parents. They never had any training in how to deal with intense emotions so everyone learns emotions are kind of bad and we should repress them if we want to maintain affiliation (get along).

We become afraid to feel them/express them because it will upset our parents (or teachers or all adults pretty much). We're afraid they'll retaliate against us or punish us or worse yet, SHAME us for having emotions. We become traumatized and most of us are walking around with undiagnosed/untreated chronic post traumatic stress disorder.

So that energy gets repressed, compacted, heavy, and very low in frequency. If we don't go in and dredge that "stuff" up systematically, (therapeutically) it will always manage to "sidewind" its way out maladaptively.

Your own body signals you when it wants to transmute dense energy. You get that "jiggy" feeling in your gut (usually), (which is actually a PTSD flashback). Time to sit yourself down, ask what the current situation is reminding your inner child of from when they were little. Inner child will tell you (some tips on that will follow).

Your job then is to identify the feeling. Its generally sadness or anger trying to get processed, healed and integrated. So go do some pillow work, re-feel the original painful emotion FOR your inner child. Validate him or her, saying OK, I understand you were sad or hurt or angry about that.

Next reassure Inner child that you are here now to handle the current real life situation and that they don't have to worry about it. Big us is really quite competent. Second, let them know you love them unconditionally, that your regard for them is not contingent on what happens out there in the world. Third reassure them that they can never be hurt like that ever again because they have Big You now. That's what distinguishes the current situation from the traumatic ones we lived as kids.

Those childhood traumas were processed in the limbic system. Cerebral Cortex was not yet operational. Limbic system is concrete, unsophisticated and has no concept of time. This model has you use you giant cerebral cortex to modulate the limbic system trauma.

With practice, you can get your brain to release endorphins and dopamine and interferon and interleukon (Happiness Molecules) AT WILL!!!! This allows you to handle whatever comes your way calmly, competently and safely. Never to feel overwhelmed or helpless or powerless like a small child ever again.

Tips for figuring out what little is trying to tell you it reminds them of from when they were little start here. Take the attributes you are assigning to the current vexing situation. These will not be rational, logical or attractive. Write them down if it helps.

Then rewrite them in the context of this is what our parents did to us when were little and that's what we're actually really mad or sad about or feel betrayed over. We're simply transposing those old hurts onto the here and now situation. This is known as Freud's Repetition Compulsion.

Freud quickly realized man seems compelled (i.e., addicted) to re-inacting the unresolved feelings of childhood in the here and now, thinking this time around we're going to get the outcome we desire/deserve. He called it 'the most seductive fantasy in the universe, that no human is immune to it'. The problem is, it doesn't work. You can't get from here and now people what you were denied by the back there and then people (parents).

The greatest news on earth though, is that you CAN GIVE IT TO YOURSELF!!!! Each of us can create a corrective parenting experience. With this model you give yourself unconditional positive regard and unlimited individualized attention.

Here's an example from my own life. Traffic can make me jiggy (nuts) at times. I go through periods where I am blissfully unaware of all the idiots out there. Then I go through periods where every one of them is driving me up a wall. I'm cursing out loud in my car, I'm gesturing the like WTF motion, its ridiculous.

I am WAY more than mildly annoyed, I'm actually acting out and this tells me my old stuff is getting reactivated. So I shift gears, take a breath and ask little what its reminding her of. What attribute am I assigning to the 'idiot driver'? Well, she says, its like they're THWARTING ME, they're deliberately impeding me, they're keeping me from doing what I WANT TO DO!! Now how many times does that happen to us in childhood?????

I don't care if you have the Pope and Mother Theresa for parents. You were getting thwarted, impeded and prevented from doing what you want ALL THE TIME--at least it feels that way when you're a child and we don't like it one bit but we never get to really express that, have to be a "nice little girl". It gets repressed and here I am acting it our maladaptively 55 years later. I will add that I sometimes even do a mild form of this nonsense when people are in the car with me.

So now, the remedy is I dip my head a little beneath the dashboard and I primal scream!!!!!!!!! For little, from when she was little, I give her her voice back. I validate her feeling, I reassure her that's not whats happening now, that she can't be effed with like that ever again. She argues with me sayting this is the same thing. (This takes lots of practice, its neurological rehabilitation in essence, with no drugs and no surgery).

I reassure her again and convince her by saying this shit with the traffic is different because its 2018 and she has BIG me now. She didn't have BIG me back in 1964 when she was being thwarted and if she did have BIG me I would have been kicking ass and taking prisoners on her behalf. She goes "oh, that's a really good point".

She calms down then and the fog and fear is cleared for the day and I am making progress in clearing my field of fear, in effect eliminating the "corruption" within myself. Which is a neurological corruption, not character corruption. This is how we heal ourselves so we can heal the world. Cause we can't heal the corruption in the world until we recognize and heal the corruption within the self, as they also mention in that other lovely video posted by our friend from Mexico.

Caveat: This model is not an indictment of parents. It is testimony to the fact that we are not evolved enough yet as a species to raise children without compromising and betraying them at best; manipulating, neglecting, abusing, and exploiting them at worst.

Thats not the worst part. Huamns are reslient enough to withstand all that. It's this weird thing called denying any of that happened that basically fucks us all up. Kids will raise these concerns like, "hey Dad, did you just come home from work all mad about something and now you're taking it out on us? Most parents in that situaiton will say NO!! (even thought its true). They'll add things like don't you dare talk to me like that, etc. So easy to see where it all runs amok. Child gets no validation so they think they must be wrong.

I call Validation and Reassurance "The balm that heals the World". Apply it to self first, then others. Simple.
