One could easily make an argument that this wicked counsellor is none other than the antichrist.
He is controlled of course, by satan, who continually imagineth evil against the Lord.
What's interesting in Nahum - is it intimates the antichrist comes out of Israel:
Nahum 1:7 11 There is one come out of thee...
