Awesome antiinflammatory, good for SO much! Healing for many organs. Research it a little, it is your friend. (A spice best know for use in Indian cooking.) I would also add cilantro, parsley, watercress. Easy to grow as house plants, super tasty, super detoxifying. Great for kidneys. Also, Diatomaceous earth. Cheap to buy in bulk, be sure it's food grade! Great source of silica, and great detox.Funny I was just thinking on this.. one problem.. it is very fine crystalline glass. If you breathe it in (even by accident) it may cause problems in your lungs. Like breathing in Volcanic Ash. So IF you use it know to be careful! It is really a great killer of internal parasites.. I have to say.. most of the world's human population in third world countries (like most of Africa) have parasites.
