Autism wouldn't manifest as that much of a problem for an Amish guy. They lead steady predictable lives. If it's not a problem it won't be diagnosed.

It could be true the vaccinations and lack of autism among the Amish , but the article said that the Amish do not get cancer or heart disease and eat organic diets . Where is the population that this article makes it's claims for ?
An Amish neighbor who lived across the street from my house last winter ,just outside Intercourse Pa. died of cancer and I have heard of those with heart problems .

I volunteered in a handicap preschool...out of the 7 preschoolers there 4 were Amish and two were brothers about a year apart with the same extreme handicaps because there parents are so closely related. Idiots destroying their kids because they can't look outside their religion.

The amish dont make babies at an older age as has become so common is our society.
