You want to toss aside that resume of achievement, then fine - do it.
But don't underestimate Christianity. It has great capacity for good. It has proven that.
So when you guys go off mocking Jesus, mocking the Church, I hope you just try googling some of these things. I have already posted most of this on Naturyl's other thread. Much of it is just from wikipedia.
Origins of great movement, great social progress - they came from devout Christians who received their inspiration from Jesus Christ, who came and died for the sins of man so that we could live abundantly.
