so I wonder what drug he was given that the other Duncan fella was not given. Seems odd how some of these folks are getting cured from ebola just like that

They gave him some platelets from Dr Kent Brantley's blood- the other guy who survived it. He's a friend of a friend, so this is good news that they're getting closer to figuring out how to heal people.

Also I think my friend Ashoka was given care way before his symptoms were close to full blown. Duncan was pretty ill by the time he got treatment.

This race card is really getting old.
First of all Duncan LIED to workers at the hospital, mentioning he was from Liberia, but neglecting to tell them he handled a19 year old pregnant girl on death's door. His symptoms on his first visit were nothing to raise any concern. Perhaps if he stated he handled a VERY sick girl in an EBOLA zone, where she DIED hours later, they may have treated him sooner.

Duncan ALSO received an experimental drug, brincidofovir. Again, had he MENTIONED his history SOONER, he may have gotten treatment sooner. If you know anything about Ebola, you gotta get in early, and even then no guarantees.
