I ask my Daughter if any of her teachers were talking about Ebola, specifically her Biology teacher. She said that when she mentioned it, that her teacher politely got her off to the side and ask her not to bring it back up, because some people would panic and cause problems. She wasn't threatened not to talk about it though.

Not a dr. Here but my answer would have to be "no" cause the virus itself causes the bleeding out. That's what makes it what it is. Blood vessels bleed and try to clot. Organs bleed, you bleed out all your orifices when the overwhelming clotting causes "back-ups" of blood vessels and your heart is still beating and the blood has to go somewhere. It overwhelms your body's ability to fight it off. So my thoughts are no, you cannot just fight it off like a "common" virus.
